Are medical records necessary, do I need a referral from a doctor?
Records are helpful, but not necessary. Referrals are not necessary.
Will my insurance pay for the visit?
Your insurance will not cover the care you receive at the center. We will be happy to check for you, if you will give us your insurance company name and type of policy you have.
Is there a reduction price if two families’ members are both under the center care?
Such arrangements are possible but should be discussed with the manager in duty when you call.
Do I need to bring my own medications?
Yes, you do need to bring your medications. It is a good idea to bring any material you think may help with your counselling section on call at the center. The coordinator will discuss the type and severity of your case to determine what kind therapy will apply to you after evaluated by the team.
What languages do you speak at the center?

Do you guarantee a cure?
We offer no guarantees, but we have seen miraculous recovery and this is with patients who usually have tried everything else. No treatment works for everyone, there are people who come to natural medicine to maintain their good health and there are some who have chronic illness and are in search for an alternative route to good health. Anyone who tells you otherwise I guarantee a cure is not giving you the facts. We make no representations, claims or guarantees that you will be helped with your medical problems or conditions by undergoing evaluation and counselling here. Are your therapies safe?
